I am so excited for you to begin your sourdough journey. Before we begin, please take the time to read the following terms and conditions to make sure we are both on the same page. If you have any questions, please use the contact form to get in touch.

1. Overnight Treats baking classes utilize wheat; a common allergen. Please note, that other allergens may be present, depending on the baking environment you choose to use. Allergens may include any of the following: 

  • Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, etc.)
  • Crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs, and lobsters)

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Peanuts

  • Soybeans

  • Milk (including lactose)

  • Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts)

  • Celery

  • Mustard

  • Sesame seeds

  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (when present at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/L)

  • Lupin

  • Molluscs

Terms and Conditions

2. Each class requires its own set of equipment. You will receive a detailed email explaining the tools you may need to purchase. Items can include any of the following:

  • Metal mixing bowl

  • Metal spoon

  • Glass/plastic jar with a lid

  • Tea towel

  • Banneton

  • Razor blade

  • Dutch oven

  • Oven capable of reaching 230-275 degrees Celcius

3. Each class comes with a 15 minute grace period, after which a 25 euro per 15 minute charge will apply (subject to the teacher's availability)

4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 48 hours before the class
